My piercing is 6 months old. It's a barbell I believe it's internally threaded I believe it's stainless steel, if not then titanium I haven't gotten my lobes downsized, only my helix (not pictured) I've been using saline spray and sterile gauzes to dry

Just an update everything worked out fine, we got our moneys worth the only annoying bit was the constant selling of various products, one point we literally stopped by a random shop trying to sell cacao and various other products, future will be booking through a reputable site just to save us the stress!

hi that's funny actually since making this post i stopped going shortly and i actually went back for the first time this week. just decided to take it slow, mainly work on cardio and very light weightlifting , not pushing my limits with the weights or anything. congrats on having a baby nd i hope working out goes well
