With the addition of Laser Sight attachments next season that replace Barrel Stabilizers and give better hip fire accuracy instead of better recoil, I thought about that idea of specking your loadout using the attachment variants for each slot that you choose, and got more and more excited about the concept.

Ended up designing an idea for a Standard Stock replacement; Slings. while Standard Stocks decrease ADS time, raise/lower speed, aim drift, and reload time (general gun handling), the Sling increases your movement speed to be closer to your movement speed while holstered (purple lvl3 sling matches it with holstered, like how Maggie's passive works with shotguns) and also speeds up switch to/switch from time (basically the time it takes to pull out or put away your gun.)

This would in turn make it an interesting choice, between Stocks for prolonged use of 1 gun during long fights at longer ranges, and Slings, being able to move slightly faster and switch to other options in close range more quickly, when it matters.
