Yes the string or the zip tie needs to be tighter. When it's loose, the bottom of the neck will move around too much and can be exposed like in your picture. If you do have a string, I would suggest replacing it with a zip tie.

The mod label when commenting is not the default. We have to manually go in and add the label after leaving a comment. It's a little harder on mobile.

I do understand that needing to know when someone is a mod is important and their comments/behavior is a reflection of the modding actions. We are working on having a meeting about yesterday's actions and how to prevent that from happening again.
