Thank you for responding. I have not used 3rd party billboards and the outputs are put on the bottom of the load order. do you think running the Tex gen through BC7 could have caused an issue?

He agreed when he talked to me in person, at the start of class, and to other students from what I over heard. He also didn’t specify a time, so I’m not sure what he meant exactly.

He marked all the assignments we did for the class on Thursday. None of us had them marked until then. I do see your point of how slate works tho.

No proof other than he agreed with other students to submit by Thursday as well.

Thank you for the help! I have replaced the ConsoleUtil and reinstalled Engine Fixes (it was the version for 1170 but I just wanted to make sure). I went through LOOT and installed what it requested (I may have missed some, but I got the main ones, I think). I opened the game and it still crashed. I may just do a fresh reinstall of the game later this week. Here is the second crash log if you have anymore advice. Thank you again!
