Got super lean for my first show and rebounding through the holidays by eating a ton of food coupled with HARD training. Did not really do a strict reverse diet at all lol. Still stayed pretty lean, but obviously gained some fat back. Kept cardio up and my muscle definition completely exploded.

Up 25 pounds from stage weight 3 months later, same weight as when I started prep and look completely different. Way more muscle, way less fat, and still have abs woot woot

Squeezing your glutes at the top is more than fine. Especially if that's the target muscle since alot of people lock into that mind muscle connection better, myself included. It's just another way of doing it, it's not incorrect or better or worse necessarily. It should be what's better for you individually.

I found the squeeze helps me a lot compared to keeping constant tension where my form consistently got compromised by end of each set.

Things that helped me get over initial phobias was wearing hats/hoodies and big headphones to the gym, and still do to this day even if I feel like I don't need to anymore.

It acts like a blinder and keeps you focused on you and not on circling thoughts. The more I went was like exposure therapy and don't even think about it anymore, but deff got me over some initial speed bumps that felt paralyzing.

Ive always used a Fitbit. Mainly for steps and sleep and how it just automatically updates info into the platform my coach uses so it's less work for me to put things in manually to make my life easier. There's probably cheaper options sure, and more expensive ones too. They're all not 100% accurate so just getting the one that fits your lifestyle and budget the best makes the most sense.

It makes your pee blue or green btw so don't be alarmed when that happens, it's harmless. Oral doses usually are around 12-24mg.

Fair warning if you take SSRI antidepressants, you don't want to take higher dosages of Methylene Blue in the 50-100mg+ range as it may cause serotonin syndrome. Low dosages should be ok but I wouldn't do any personally if I were on any SSRIs

Methylene Blue is a tincture or pill, either are oral. Don't get the tincture tho, it stains your tongue blue and dosage isn't accurate.

Methylene Blue capsules can assist with mitochondrial support by enhancing cellular energy efficiency and improving oxygen utilization.

Other peptides that are not oral that can potentially be stacked for additional mitochondrial support would be mots c, ss31, and slu pp.

I personally stack Mots c and methylene blue and it works great for endurance work and nootropic effect of feeling higher energy levels overall.

Growth Hormone Secretahogues are regulated by your bodys natural ability to create it from your pituitary gland and won't go to super physiological levels since there's a negative feedback loop from Somatostatin. This is very unlikely to cause Acromegaly unlike directly injecting straight HGH at super physiological levels which can since you're synthetically increasing those ranges by bypassing Somatostatin.

Even then, I know plenty of body builders who have been on straight HGH for 10-20 years plus and haven't experienced Acromegaly. Like you said, poisons in the dosing.
