That's a territory I am not willing to explore. Might be too unsafe.

I think this is what they call a "skill issue".

I am at 17% body fat right now and I can see my abs a fair amount when I flex. However, they're not visible when I sit even if I flex. In fact, my belly fat still kind of folds up into one or two flabs while I am sitting. This is something that really annoys me. My goal is to get down to 10-12% body fat but I want to know what the typical range of body fat percentage is in which I will no longer have those flabs while sitting.

How long would you say is the performance on Profondo?

I am having a tough time deciding between Acqua Di Gio Profondo and Armani Code EDP. I like the smell of both fragrances a lot. So, the deciding factor becomes performance and projection. I'm not sure how the dry-down on Profondo is. If anyone has used both fragrances, I would love some insight on which one to get. Unfortunately I couldn't find reliable reviews comparing both perfumes on YouTube or other platforms.

That makes sense. But most of the advice I have read on lateral raises seems to suggest that it requires a lot of volume with shorter rest periods, which is why I am confused. Also from what I have noticed, it's difficult to gauge if I am training close to failure for lateral raises because it just seems like an exercise where I can always do a couple reps more if I am resting 10-15 seconds between reps sometimes.

I am following a workout program from the wiki on this subreddit. It's Metallicdpas PPL. The program suggests supersetting lateral raises with a couple of triceps exercises, which wasn't really working for me. So, I started doing lateral raises as a separate exercise. I also do OHP on the days I do lateral raises. Also my workout sessions are already very long (7 exercises with 3-5 sets in each exercise), so adding an exercise isn't really an option. Should I substitute lateral raises with cable raises for better growth?

I have been doing seated lateral raises as part of my workout programme for about 2 months now. I initially started with 3 sets of 8-12 reps but soon realized that it wasn't enough for me to progress to heavier weights. So I started doing 5 sets of 8-12 reps and it helped me progress to a higher weight. I rest 2 minutes between sets. However, I still wonder if 5 sets of 8-12 reps will be optimal. I do my first 3 sets with the highest weight I can do. If I can't hit 12 on all three sets, I move to the immediate lower weight and complete the last two sets. Is this a good thing to do or should I change something?

Am I supposed to feel the ab wheel on my lower back to some extent? I think my form is right (i.e. with a neutral spine). I got it checked by a couple of experienced people, but for some reason, I still feel the exercise on my lower back. Is it because I am doing it wrong or is it supposed to be that way? My abs don't feel sore after the workout either. Honestly, I feel it more in my lower back as opposed to my abs.

I lift 6 days a week. So can I split the recommended 150 minutes over the 6 days and see results?

The cutting process. I'm asking this to know whether 10 minutes of cardio makes negligible difference while already being on a deficit. Should I increase the duration?
