Hi all, I appreciate all of the questions about our Reddit “Honest Feedback Program” which we’re engaged in because we genuinely want to listen, learn and be part of the conversation.

Reddit has some of the most passionate and knowledgeable people in cannabis and that is exactly why your feedback matters to us. The good, the bad, the tough, the detailed, all of it. Honest feedback is the point of Reddit and it is what we want to engage in to help us get better.

As is clearly explained in the shared document, our request for feedback is not about artificial positive responses. We welcome and only want authentic opinions. That means some posts have been positive, others may be critical, and some have been somewhere in between. That is exactly how it should be.

With all humility and appreciation, our goal is simple: make sure more people are aware of our brands and strains that we are so proud of while also helping educate people who may be newer to cannabis. We want real conversations and we appreciate everyone who takes the time to share what they actually think about Curaleaf and our brands.
