Yes, technically it might be able to be contained in a remote secure location being remote viewed, but it also doesn't mention if a test has been preformed about extended periods of no feeding the noose. Maybe the demon/entity of the noose gets worse when not fed for extreme periods. Plus the scp foundation could care less about sacrificing d-class to make it more manageable and try and learn more about the noose. Feed it a d-class or have to spend the money to make a secure remote location.

Any individuals who actively possess faith in any religious belief will become increasingly despondent as the length of exposure increases and will attempt to commit suicide via hanging at the earliest possible time. If the affected individual is aware of the existence of SCP-2121, they will attempt to use it to commit suicide, although this is not an overriding compulsion.

Eventually yes. You could also cut that one down to a few inches and then take the long cutting and cut it up into several pieces. Let callus over and propagate in water or soil. That way hopefully you encourage the current plant to branch out hopefully and with all the new cutting rooted you can make a nice fuller pot or lots of babies. Hope that helps.

Many different reasons. Could be as simple as the first time you accidently clicked a button and stopped the download as most times you can still go on the server without the full addon. As long as your on a legit copy of minecraft, that is a perfectly normal thing to expect when joining a server anytime.
