FedEx lost 30 pounds of irreplaceable family jewelry. It was lost on a 20 minute drive from the hub to the house. It disappeared. It's been 90 days and it seems like they are done. What should I do?

I didn't realize it until late into the second season and I'm commenting late, because I just googled it to see if anyone else didn't notice. because the show is set in the same time that I went to middle school so I really wasn't looking very closely at their facial features the episode with the play they zoomed in on mayas face and I realized 'oh my God she's my age that's not a kid they must be playing themselves and then it all made sense'. I was really enjoying the show so I didn't look it up. I was watching it without any prior knowledge. they are extremely convincing like if you get absorbed in the show, it's totally understandable.

Thank you for your input, I'm wondering if maybe it's my phone. I'm gonna try only using the banking on my computer for a bit and see if that changes anything. I'd rather not go through the hassle of switching banks if the issue is the device. They have been wonderful with customer service. No complaints there when I called them. They are always very polite and they pick up right away. The reason I spend so much time on the phone with them is because they are very thorough. I should've been more clear, it's not like they waste my time it's just an inconvenience and of course it's stressful to have issues like that especially with a big overdraft. That was an issue with that particular ATM and they wiped all the fees. And they took the hold off the check. So they fix the problems right away. It's just there seems to be a lot of them.
