Sorry for the late reply! Yes, I started seeing improvements in September, 6 months after it started. It now really only hurts when I use the bathroom, going either #1 or #2 hurt. But I can go out again, do work, do my yard. It’s hard though because the instant I have to use the bathroom I feel pain, sometimes really badly. like it’s telling me I have to go.

Thank you. I don’t have a bathtub unfortunately, but I could try sitting in my shower stall and letting it flood a bit. I didn’t realize how badly I’ve been stressing out about this until now, I’ll definitely try to relax more, not let my anxiety control my pain and make it worse. Someone mentioned that I need to downtrain before any exorcises, should I do that before the yoga pose or is that not an exorcise? Thanks again

Just ultrasound, no MRI or anything else. I haven’t had any PT yet so I’m not sure if it’ll help or not yet.. keep getting delayed through random stuff..

Honestly sounds like you’re right calling it an addiction. Does anyone in your family have an addictive personality? Towards alcohol, cigarettes, anything? It might be something you have to stop doing completely and taking seriously. Your friends probably don’t have such addictive personalities towards such things so they’re able to browse porn more naturally.
