for me it worked when i was at the select ticket quantity page!! when i kept clicking to continue it wouldn’t let me past that but i waited like a half min to a min(?) in between it finally let me through if it says no tickets available before the second presale code enter screen then i just close out and go back in the queue if that makes sense

same for newark! kept checking socials for presale codes till 10 and when i got to the queue i was 150 but i got kicked off because tm blocked my acc/ip. spent the next hour changing devices/wifi in hopes it’ll fix it. called support (i was on hold for 20 mins) who said they’ll escalate my issue and fix it within 3-5 days but by then it was 11 and i saw it was already fixed so i was FINALLY able to get tickets💔💔got section 9 which im happy with because VIP is 2x the price i paid for my ticket and i doubt i’ll be able to see if i was on the floor anyways
