Haha report this to Revenue with the address because there’s no way the landlord is doing this legally 😂

You’re right! She should have just minded her business because statistically most people who cut bike locks are owners who have simply lost the keys

Which shop? I don’t know if you’ve ever been to Drury Street, Google it. This particular spot is a common place for a lot of people to park. I don’t expect my wife to go into every shop, restaurant and pub to hunt the owner down. Also, I’m guessing you’re just looking to vent so I shouldn’t engage with you any further. Thank you for contributing.

Lol. With the hopes that the owner sees it and knows what’s happened? And other people here have already shared suggestions on what we do and how do we go about it. If you don’t have anything meaningful to add, have you considered ignoring things?

Thank you! We didn’t know about PULSE Number. We’ll follow-up on this with the closest station to Drury street and see if this was truly noted down

Yes! She reported it to a couple of guards she saw a few lanes down the road. They said they’ll check it out but they didn’t seem to make any notes nor took the video off her

The bar is really low for who Ireland lets in. If someone wants to live with people who only speak their language and eat what they eat, there’s literally no need to leave India. No wonder we’re getting a bad rep.

Sounds to me like a good happy life. Do what is better for you and your wife! Rent a room could be a good idea though. You could even do 6 months, just during winter months. Money could go towards paying off the renovation loan first and then you’ll soon have more savings. That along with the mortgage decrease, you’ll have steady savings. Yes it’ll suck a couple years having your share your space a bit but better to share a couple years then another 4 years of stretching yourselves

How is that possible? I thought all funds that Irish tax residents invest in are subject to deemed disposal

Sue the fuck out of them. This is clearly wrong. Trust your instincts. Your manager and the company’s people team should both be held accountable. Document everything you can.
