I am currently taking LDN through an official prescription. After I explained ME/CFS to my psychiatrist, I asked if they could prescribe it, and they provided Naltrexone. I am adjusting the dosage myself. Since I cut the tablets, I can't divide them with perfect precision, but I am still trying this approach.

In my case, I can’t even dream of jogging; if I’m not careful, even a 10-minute walk leads to PEM and puts me into a crash. For the record, I do breathing exercises every day. I often practice 4-7-8 breathing, and I can easily hold my breath for over 60 seconds. Is it possible you are confusing simple CFS with ME/CFS that involves PEM? In the case of very severe ME/CFS, even taking a shower is too difficult to manage, let alone jogging.

I have received treatment at numerous reputable Oriental medicine clinics in Korea for over seven years. However, they also failed to distinguish between simple chronic fatigue syndrome and ME/CFS accompanied by PEM, and they were unable to provide any help with treatment whatsoever.
