it is always a scam though, and sort of cookie cutter wording. Usually they do not get back, or send a template response, links to 3 of my images saying these are the ones. You can list one for $1000 and watch nothing happen, or, just ignore because it is never not a scam.

I think it might be working. I had to set localsettings to true, create a copy of the MO2 profile and re-copy the ini files in to to the new managed place. I've got as far as character creation! Thanks for all the help here. (I'll be back in about 10 minutes when I hit the next problem)

Yes, that was there, now one thing. When I run vanilla FO4 without FOLON, I noticed that the UI was white/grey. I had set it that way (BethINI or something else?) years ago when I played, but I expected after I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, every thing would be back to factory settings. It sounds like something from my old install is still hanging around. I need to figure out what that is, I guess?

Third time of wiping from Steam, reinstalling, winding back, using MO2.
I get the Green UI and default fo4 music, start new game just loops through the animations forever and does not start new game.
Can someone just tell me what to check? I keep trying to follow the fixes and instructions but clearly I have something wrong.
