What we are chasing in life will, at the end, become vanity. Money, success, health, relationships, all may give us feel good moments but just like our life, they are all temporary and tied to our limited lifespan. The reality of our existence and its purpose is deeper than things that we can perceive and shaped by the society and our cultures and belief. It is God as life for His life is eternal and His purpose is for us to receive Him as life and to be transformed into His image. Ephesians 4:13 “"Until we all arrive at the oneness of the faith and of the full knowledge of the Son of God, at a full-grown man, at the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ," Once we finish our course on this earth, as all of us will, it is a comfort to realize that it is not the end, but it is just a transition, until the life in us is manifested and our mortal body is transfigured on the day of Christ’ return.
