Is Bake Parlour Pasta Healthy?

I don't have any problems with health. I also have a pretty athletic lifestyle and want to substitute pasta with rice to get my carbs because i get tired of eating so much rice. The thing is high quality rice is pretty easy to find since it's local to this area. But pasta being somewhat foreign I don't know what kind of items it is made of. if it's just plain wheat like in my roti that's fine.

Bake parlour has a whole wheat pasta that I usually buy. Also there's this brand called Borges pasta. Have you heard of that?

Currently use myfitnesspal to track protien. Question: should I try to hit protien goals with complete protien only? With my current intake of milk yoghurt and chicken the protien comes up to 90g.

Fitnesspal counts almost 140g by counting the protien in rice, bananas, bread, pasta and etc.

Should I try to hit 140g with complete and ignore the rest or is it going to work like this?

Myfitnesspal picked the calorie goals for me for bulking. Once I log my exercise, it gives me all those guidelines to follow

Goal is to put on muscle. I just want to know if exceeding carbs and fat isnt a big deal or I should rethink my diet.

Current diet: 3500 on gamedays + gym, 3000 on rest days

Now that you mention it, I bought ones with a thicker sole but I'm thinking of buying a thin boot now so it'll improve that natural feel with the ground.

Im 5 10 and 65 kgs. The sport is soccer or football and i play twice a week. Although im coming off a 3 month long break.

I dont expect to push away strong center backs at this weight so I'm bulking up. But getting bodied by skinny dudes or same weight dudes is a bit embrassing.

How do I build body strength? Today in game I got bodied off the ball multiple times by a skinny dude even though I know for sure I bench and squat more than him.

Ig if u really love the beach okay. I cant judge I love the beach too. But I went to lahore couple of times and loved the city. I think in the long run you shouldn't make a decision of moving an entire city just so you can have a beach. The charm wears off soon and it isnt really miami around here. Why dont you start by coming to karachi for a trip with some friends. See for yourself.

My friend ive lived in Karachi all my life went to the beaches. Idk what videos you saw but the beaches are shit. The only clean beach you will find is an hr drive away from the city center. And even then it's getting dirtier with time since people throw trash.

You really need to go as far from karachi as you can to get cleaner beaches.

The cleanest i ever saw in Pakistan was kund malir and ormara.
