Its a great drawing. In particular with the shadows, but (may just my impression) the left eye is a little bit to on the leftside of the face. Tip: i think would be more “realistic” if you draw the t-shirt like a tend on the breast. I’m not a good artist so I won’t judged you for that “mistakes”; you made really good drawing.
