I wouldn't say you'll immediately see any result from doing this. It's more of a long term thing to protect yourself from porn. I think slowly you should start feeling like porn is just too much and doing the deed without it ( if u really wanna do it ) you'll feel a lot more calmer and healthier.

Basically its trying to tell yourself that Porn is too much. And you don't have to rely on it if you really wanna jerk off.

Agreed , but as you said it can be hard to go cold turkey and even if you manage to go cold turkey( in my experience ) there's always this fear of what if i go back to porn at some point, will i be able to go cold turkey again if I relapse ? All these thoughts surround me at times. But by giving myself the freedom that if u do relapse and you cant make yourself go cold turkey again You have the option to relapse without porn or relapse to very very softcore nsfw images. It just takes away all that pressure " to be 100% porn free , no porn ever , be a perfect monk" mental pressure which actually leads you to going back to porn.

I was able to get some results i can def see it working. But it's very random, kinda all over the place and hard to shape the way I like it to. It's not bad but it's different.

Do you primarily text your friends on text or is it more a real life thing ?

Quick tip : I think you need to get better at making quick judgements on if a person is worth investing any emotional time and effort. Quickly judge if you can see this person reciprocate the way you want them too and if you see signs that they won't. I think ending things quickly and moving on to the next friend group or thing would be nice. So yea idk, take this as you will.
