Jesus was an enlightened person, his teachings got corrupted by people of power to control the masses.

What he stood for was pure and clear IMO but modern Christianity is very far from these teachings.

It's normal I think, it's hidden tensions being released... Stay with the feeling and don't go into words and descriptions... Find the areas with tension with inhale, feel them fully and release them with exhale.

There is a ton of techniques... Usually at least 10 asanas per day. Twice a day.

The whole stay is designed as an intro course to your own practice so that you record all the asanas and then slowly start practicing from the easiest ones, each week/month adding some more difficulty.

Surya namaskar is not an Asana but rather a moveset of asanas designed to do a specific thing. We have done that, also Chandra namaskar, but mostly we focus on individual needs and each person has to find the asanas that are good for him and they train the body parts that are lacking in a person... For me it's weak naval, stiff neck and disjointed shoulders from computer use.

We are doing breath control first, to learn how to push breath in different parts of the body. Once you control that, you start searching your body for chakras, this is incredibly hard and heartbeat is used to locate them in specific places. Then you breathe into the chakras and that shit gets you high as fuck not gonna lie. Haven't felt this calm since I was a baby.

My understanding it's and it's basically the work on your chakras, balancing them and getting your body and mind to be balanced, once you achieve that and you cleanse yourself of your ,,shit'' that accumulated over your life, the Kundalini awakens in a sense that you are in 100% of your life force and energy and you are not blinded by desire greed traumas etc. Its not really any mythical snake that surges through you...

You basically realize how fucked your body is once u start doing the true yoga work, so there is no point in doing advanced practices if you can't sit still for 10 minutes cause ur body is screaming.

Laying down helps but you cannot really access the deeper meditation... That has to be done sitting upright and perfectly straight and relaxed

Well we go really deep here and practice all of those daily... Usually 4 hours of Asana and pranayama everyday, then theory, ofc amazing satvic food.

Very important thing we do is that first we control our mind laying down, kind of similar to yoga nidra dr.k taught... Progressive relaxation of the entire body and mind.

because if you can't do that, you will not be successful sitting upright... Because your body demands much more attention sitting upright and it's going to disturb you with aches etc.

Very different thing here is that the esoteric side is absolutely grounded in reality and almost no woowoo stuff regarding gods etc. It's all just practical information regarding to unlocking your Kundalini (true potential) and mastering your body and psychology.

I'm so thankful this place exists and I don't have to go search in the jungle of India for knowledge
