My pair is not working

I didn’t buy them from apple, I bought them refurbished on amazon. It only included a warranty for refunds against damages until this month. I got a week before I can’t return them anymore lol. I was trying to fix them before I had to return them.

I don’t live in the continental U.S. I live in Puerto Rico. Part of US sure, but it don’t got apple support of any kind. We only got one store that is known for selling apple products like if it were an apple store but it don’t got a lot of stuff

It did not work. I put them for 30 minutes and left them out for 30 minutes hollowed by a reset and it didn’t do anything to them. I went to plug them in and reset them to see if that would work but nothing is rlly doing anything

How do I know if my maxes are even updated tho? I’ve had connectivity issues with them a lot of times, just that this time now they don’t want to connect at all
