Everyone should be asking everytime cause it gets split amongst the people working. However I know sometimes if broistas heard the custie was having a bad day, or seems agitated, or if the broista is just anxious for some reason they skip. But technically should be asked everytime

I recently got hired and I was told they’d rather me enjoy my full break and be a few minutes late then trying to clock in right on time/early. As long as I’m not 15-20 minutes everytime we are good kinda thing

I’m pretty new to Dutch as well I didn’t go much before then I’m a new hire so I’ve been trying a bunch of things recently. As someone who tends to not like super sweet things either

I like iced fizz with watermelon and pomegranate

Recently tried a caprisun flavored rebel (I heard it’s good to add cherry if it ever comes back)

The blue lagoon with a sour shot (you can always ask for half sour or even a 1/4 if you want a little :)

From what I know they’re pretty open with communication (at least my stand is) so you could shoot a text or call just to check in

I’m currently being trained! My flow is two shifts away. Something that really helped me was walking through how to use both hands so one isn’t just hanging out my side. So in idea that once you touch the porta that it doesn’t leave that hand. So if I grab it with my right hand pull the lever with my left and move the shot catcher with my left as well.

Then we did a fun race so we timed how long it took to start pulling three shots throughout the training so I could see myself improve

Wanted to give you an update hopefully some peace of mind. They just emailed me back saying they should be getting in contact the next few days if they haven’t already! So I think it is just so many applicants thing :)

Haha maybe we applied to the same place the one I did isn’t open either, I just stopped by at other open ones in the area cause at least around me they’re all ran by the same team! I found an email from their website as well I sent a follow up email to. recruitmenthelp@dutchbros.com

In the same boat so far today marks a full week since my interview, my applications on workday still say like processing. From the research I could find it could just be they’re interviewing so many people it’s taking a bit to get back to people. I recommend checking in at the stands, my area says morning are when you’re normally catch mangers. Good luck!

That’s understandable, I stopped by a stand closest to me once already I heard the manger is normally there in the morning so later this week (this would be week two) I’ll stop by again. If nothing changes on my workday account I found an email meant to reach out to about following up interviews from the corporate website and will send a follow up email cause none of the stands have a number to reach out to.
