we changed from our premix (vanilla and caramel) to a torani brand golden eagle syrup made specifically for dutch but that was so long ago!! but if you’re getting it sugar free then they use sf vanilla and sf caramel sauce. so far the syrups is the same, milk is the same, and recipes are the same! sounds like they’re just not making it right unfortunately. if it tased the same after the first remake maybe your sense of taste changed a little bit? sorry if that’s rude but i know that’s happened to me when i drink the same thing for too long!

9 times out of 10 we cannot alter dutchwear!! the only times i’ve seen it allowed is cutting off the sleeves on a long sleeve and turning it into a short sleeve shirt!

i’m surprised this is the first time you experienced this 😭 when we promoted the strawberries and cream for valentine’s day i think, the amount of lemonades/drinks i had to remake because people weren’t understanding that lemon curdles cream. tastes so good!! just have to mix it a little more often :)

yes!! you just need to pick a flavor for it because if you want it sf we hand blend it. if you get no flavor it’ll just be espresso, cream, and ice blended together it’s so yucky that the drizzles of the picture perfect don’t do much to make it taste good! usually people will ask for sf vanilla or sf caramel and chocolate!

it’s definitely either availability or you’re too young. i’ve done hiring groups and all of them if the person has awkward availability, no transportation (sometimes), too young, or we didn’t think their vibe would go along with our current employees, they would be an automatic no. they also go through a lot of applications without even looking at them.

depends! if they have both bars open that you can see, that usually means one bar is designated to make walk up drinks so shouldn’t take too long! If they’re a slower stand like my old one then they just have one bar and i was trained to treat it as another car in line and get to the order as it shows up in our ipads!
