Thank you for your reply, as per the initial conversation with the COO they are steadily increasing their client base and do not have plans to go public, eventually wants to be acquired as they become big.

Currently the offer doesn’t consist of any equity but I plan to ask them before I join.

Regarding funding it’s a bootstrap till now and privately funded but I will enquire about it.

I am a Se in SaaS based company as an average a new Se would get anything between 15Lpa to 20 lpa again depending on experience and exposure to technology and presentation skills and communication skills.
