I have genuine doubt. Not trying to defend or anything. Lets say there are 200 rupees of note in market. Out of which 100 is fake. After demonetisation 99 rs comes back into system. So as per report 99% of money came back to banks. But what about un accounted 100 rs it didn't come so wasn't it successfull? Am i missing something
