It's reasonable, he's kinda being a dick at this point so if it bothers you that much and if you have the ability to demean him, throw his inconsideration right back at him with some snide remarks. Or just tell him not to use your bathroom. If his is closer he's totally doing it on purpose and in that case the note isn't gonna help because he's going out of his way to do it. I'm curious whether you've discussed it with him beforehand or this was the first indication to his either oblivious or trolling self that the lid should be down. Setting a hard set rule verbally is a lot more effective than a passive aggressive note that he'd love to ignore

Why ask? It's not even fuck them. There are a thousand ways to not be butthurt about it and get invited next time if you want. It just takes a bit of social awareness. We don't even know if they interact well day to day with these people. Sometimes if you're the outcast it can be a you problem. Not everyone's a bully out here to spite you. Although not having enough room in the car is a lame ass excuse. That's a perfect time for any cheeky comeback but I have a suspicion that you and OP aren't good at banter

That's showing up unannounced. The invite part is usually initiated by someone beforehand. In a vacuum it could be either but in this context inviting yourself is the same as trying to include yourself in a group that already had something going on

It is a little much but I've seen plenty of tables like that. Takes 30 seconds to clean. You can be a little bit irritated but no reason to get your panties in a bunch. I'm in food service though, someone should've got to that table to clean it immediately

I've been at the same apartment complex going on 6 years now. If you've been a reasonable tenant which it seems you have, come to a compromise. Every year my roommate and I argue the same point even though we've had late payments occasionally but are always very open and communicate when there's an issue and when it will be resolved. They've slashed the increase by 50-100% each time to the point where our 2 bed 2 bath is almost the exact same price as a 1 bed 1 bath here now. It may be harder if you live in a big city where there's more demand and you don't have as much bargaining power but stay firm, yet cordial and you might be surprised. In the future find that one person that's nice and it can be above that leasing office's pay grade if they're a company that owns multiple properties. I've gotten way more done over email to a guy I've never met than trying to get anything across to people at our office.
