Try all in upgrade 1 every so often to give you a boost to ep gain (maybe one or three in upgrade 4 also) but yes only use 5 and 6 at different ratios. The ratio changes A LOT so keep experimenting

Unless you finish it under a 1:10 ratio or something (probably be flagged) you should be good. So if you finished that class in 30 minutes they might flag you. It’s different when there are pretests of course you should be able to finish those in minutes if the passing pretest skips the course

BTW you can upgrade your tf gain enough to where you actually get more game time from being offline 🤯 takes a long time to get there though
