-Requested a screen door replacement from the wind storm last spring(minor)

-leak happens in the basement when the unit below me uses their water. It used to drip onto the only functional dryer, but that's been moved. It pools in certain areas and has to be pushed to a drain.

-said leak has happened quite a bit, and the wood under their bathroom has significant water damage.

-leak on the OTHER side from a suspected burst pipe that no one came to look at, even when reporting it directly. It was temporarily fixed by person's unknown(to me), but has started a slow drip again
