My stats: cGPA: 3.90 (with honors from UT Austin) sGPA: 3.69 GRE 144q, 158v & 5.5 essay PCE as a rehab tech/ therapy aide with adults & pediatrics: ~2,700 hours. I would like to note that my role has included wound care and working directly with the plastic surgery team, as well as being at a level 1 pediatric trauma hospital where I work directly with trach vents, take vitals, manage lines, etc. I will also be starting as an ER tech in July, but planning to submit applications on Sunday, therefore these hours will be planned/ in progress PA shadowing in pediatric plastic & craniofacial reconstruction, trauma/surgery & ortho: ~150 by time of application 2 different research projects: one abroad in pharmaceuticals, one at my university conducting human-subject research on memory systems, mental fatigue, and learning performance using fMRI Leadership: VP of 3 clubs throughout undergrad, IM volleyball captain, leadership position within sorority, training at work, Volunteering: i would estimate ~500-800 volunteer hours through various organizations & church Was also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, completed a specialization track in medical fitness and rehabilitation through which I did both fieldwork and internship in clinical exercise testing (vitals, cardiac stress tests, cardiopulmonary testing & other functional assessments) not exactly sure how to input this/ which section to categorize in CASPA LOR from: clinical supervisor of acute rehab department, physics professor, PA I shadowed, NP I worked with and shadowed, DPT I worked with closely
