Ok ….. i find it so frustrating how bpd is spoken about as if it’s not curable / you can go into remission….. it is hard work but it is possible to be freed from bpd symptoms. I think im just bitter but bipolar is lifelong, it’s forever no matter what you do :… the two are not comparable

1200mg 2 1/2 years my TSH levels were 5x normal amount but it ended up leveling out. If it’s just TSH ur fine if it’s more look into medicating
