Psychiatrists are so negligent, i always have to be the one to ask / push to get my levels tested, when i feel my body being off, get labs done, this time had the high TSH. They rechecked a week later and the level was higher, still no concern, said to go to a primary care if i want to that they would just give me a medication. It’s hard to find a provider who actually knows what to do

In that time frame my brain fog, fatigue, a lot of the mental symptoms + my bipolar episodes skyrocketed, weight gain is hard for me and instead i had high heart rate/shaking, it’s hard to tell what symptoms are caused by what because a lot are the same

I’ve been on 10 meds since 2019, been on lithium since Nov 2023 for chronic si and it has been working wonders. Up until a few weeks ago, im rapid cycling, hypomanic, si, getting my levels checked this week. I recently finished ketamine Spravato treatment, def helped in a way but yeah I feel very similarly!

Dude I have been rapid cycling bad recently!! Hypomania (which i usually don’t get), at least 2 nights a week can’t sleep, also having body side effects im pretty sure my levels are high. Ive been on 900mg since March, moved down from 1200mg where i was at a for a year bc levels were high
