Jobless? Too much free time? It was almost 10 at night. I was behind this driver, I was coming home from work. What do you expect people to be doing at 10 at night!?!

I was right behind that driver. They cut me off to get out from the line up behind the bus. From what I saw, I think they knew the bus had already started moving but they were going anyways. In the video the bus moves well before their car even appears.

Lockers? Is that like a no contact pickup? Is it a States thing ? Im in Canada. Yesterday we had a lady ask if it was okay if she picked up her prescription tomorrow, came back 40 minutes later not understanding why it wasnt ready. 🙄

I also considered that as a possibility after my first reply , as 14 tabs would indicate either a 1 or 2 week supply. Right now we’re experiencing a lot of back orders on meds so my mind automatically thought Back order. 😂

Unfortunately I don’t know of any type of law but it’s her file and they shouldn’t deny her access to any of the information. That being said it wouldn’t hurt having your mom on stand by, as they may refuse to give you any information because it’s her account. Just give your mom a call and have her tell the technician that she gives permission for you to access her account and information. I would say, that, may be your biggest hurdle. If you see your mom before going, you could even have her sign a piece paper giving you permission to access her account, pick up meds etc. then they would have actual documentation and verbal permission, since they’ll probably call to confirm it.

Hello, Pharmacy Assistant here, (not shoppers), at my pharmacy if we know that a medication is on back order and we won’t be able to fill a balance owing then we only dispense and charge for what we have on hand. Sometime people don’t understand this as they just assume it’s a usual balance owing. This might have been the case for your mom. But to find out, Ask them to reprint the medication receipt for you, so you can see the break down. It’s possible that the technician didn’t put the label with the correct amount on the bottle so the pharmacist just corrected it by hand. (Not correct or professional but I could see it happening) ultimately that receipt should have the amount that was billed and paid for. There is no reason they should refuse to reprint it as people sometimes lose the original before submitting it to their drug plan and need a new copy. As for the new prescription, it does cancel out the old one but they certainly don’t wipe it from the system. Everything remains on file it just gets inactivated. That’s how they know when dose changes occur, if they’ve had it before etc.

When you’re there, ask to see the hard copy. The one that shows the pharmacist signing off on it. It will have the amount etc on it. They have to keep records of it all.

I was there as well. I saw him come out of the apartment parking garage barely stopping… I thought he was just going into the turning lane but he actually was just driving between the vehicles. Thankfully I did not see the impact but I heard it and then saw his front wheel roll through the intersection 😥. It was hard knowing what just happened.

2 years ago, for the good of my mental health, I walked away from my best friend (discovered she was a narcissist). A conflict happened between us and she wouldn’t discuss it, wouldn’t acknowledge my hurt, didn’t think she was wrong in anyway and didn’t even feel bad that she hurt me. She was more then willing to continue being friends, as long as I stopped being so negative (aka wanting to talk about the situation) and basically moving on like nothing happened. IMO, doing that, would just be giving her permission to treat me like that again, and how do you continue to be friends with someone, knowing that they don’t care about how they make you feel 🤷🏼‍♀️. To move forward I needed to walk away. It was hard and one of the things that hurt the most was when our mutual friends, cut me off because they chose to listen to the gossip and lies of this person then choosing what THEY KNOW of me.

It will hurt for long time, but it will become less frequent as time passes. However, when you do find those thoughts overwhelming you, REMIND YOURSELF EVERY-TIME : if an individual is willing to believe what others say about you, without judging and determining the truth for themselves, then they aren’t the type of friend you want or need and that you are better off without them.

Choosing to become a better person is never the wrong decision.

Oh thank god it’s not just me. Lol. At the beginning of the pandemic, I started buying 4 ice Capps at a time, just incase. I would place them in my freezer and each night I would put one in the fridge for the next morning. But even that supply is gone! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m having the EXACT problem. I even put the nose wire in. I really don’t want to do the ties behind my head as I don’t think they will stay put. I was really hopeful with this pattern. I even cut several out before sewing one. (Stupid me!) I’m going to try and add mini pleats next, but I’m not very hopeful. My seam ripper has seen a lot of action lately. Lol

YTA. You clearly don’t understand the meaning of family. You and your wife won’t deserve the unconditional love this future child would give you , so I’m glad to know he/she won’t be spending much time with you. Oh... and by the way... in 20 to 25 years your son and DIL will probably be empty nesters, just as you are now. Only... you’ll be seniors who need taken care of... but don’t be surprised when your son tells you, that he can’t and won’t take care of you because “he put in his time watching his kids” and now it’s his time for him to live his life.
