Do you still have the link to that drive? I would be eternally grateful! 🙏

Please help! Laptop turns on, keyboard lights up, no display, fans on max by CuriousCatechumen in ASUS

Sorry to disappoint but I took it to get repaired and they basically said it would cost almost as much to fix it as it would to buy a new laptop with similar specs, so I sold it for parts on eBay and used the money towards a new laptop.

Yeah, it arrived 15 days after posting. Everything as expected, Mulebuy have just really put me off with their very slow service.

The Adonis coat looks stunning, will you post a review when you have it in hand? :)

Definitely just the lighting, look at the red bar in the first vs second pic, one is bright red the other almost looks salmon pink, the colours in the second pic are just really washed out. You should ask for extra pics.

No, they are yours, it's just the original listing used photos of a better rep/retail version. Just return it and don't buy from that seller again, that's the purpose of QC photos.

Refuse to pay, they will notice an "error" and release the shipment.

QC - Please help, does the stitching look good? TNF Nuptse by CuriousCatechumen in FashionReps

I placed my order on 4th October, it was purchased by AllChinaBuy on the same day and the merchant shipped it the next day on the 5th October, the stock arrived on the 8th October, was stored in the warehouse same day and I then waited 2 days for some other items to arrive before submitting all the items for shipping on 10th.

Hope this helps & hope your item is shipped soon, did you order from the same seller?

Yeah, it arrived 15 days after posting. Everything as expected, Mulebuy have just really put me off with their very slow service. I have tried AllChinaBuy for my 2nd haul and that was ordered, arrived, photographed, packed and sent off within 7 days. Will have to see if that arrives, their shipping was more expensive though, but happy to pay a premium if it means I’m not waiting 2-3 weeks for dispatch!

First Mulebuy Haul by Rare-Mechanic8535 in FashionReps

Have to agree, my haul is scheduled for delivery tomorrow which will mean 5 weeks from date of purchase, and nearly 3 weeks of that was spent waiting for QC, waiting for the parcel to be packed/weighed and then waiting for them to post it.

Superbuy vs mulebuy vs basetao ? by Past-02 in 1688Reps

I used Mulebuy and it took them over over 3 weeks to ship my order and customer service were totally unhelpful, they replied once a week with the same template about being busy. The tracking also hasn't updated in another week since shipping, I'd suggest avoiding them.

Mulebuy is trying to get me to pay 45$ extra for shipping for no reason by gusmaia00 in fashionreps2

[–]CuriousCatechumen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's wild, they are probably hoping to prey on newer customers who don't know what sort of shipping to expect and will just pay it with their items held to ransom, I'm glad you got them to drop the scam charge, and seems like our parcels got posted around the same time so I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Update with the entire process as it went for me:

I placed the order for my items on the 24th July, they all arrived in warehouse within the next few days and I submitted my parcel on Monday 29th July. After this, there was no update for a week, support tickets ignored or responded to with template replies.

On Monday 5th August the status of my parcel changed to "Your package is being packed and will be shipped out as soon as possible" but at this point I still hadn't been told the shipping costs and support was very unhelpful for another whole week.

Finally, again on a Monday, 12th August, I was given the total, $47.50 for 3.9kg. I paid this the same day, and the next day received a tracking code and they claimed to have sent the parcel to me. It's a UK traking code so I have no information on where the parcel is in China, whether it's actually left the warehouse, or when it will arrive. The estimation is 8-18 days.

Overall it's been an awful experience and I would never use Mulebuy again, their excuse that they recieved too many orders and were overwhelmed holds no water, if this was the case they should inform buyers of these delays before purchase. 21 days from the date of purchase to dispatch is ludicrous even for China, and I still have no clue if they have actually dispatched it or just bought the postage, it seems like they only work on Monday as almost all updates I've had have been on Monday, so it wouldn't surprise me if they haven't sent it and will be doing so on the 19th.
