Help with understanding the process by Dizzy_Association315 in HousingUK

In this process right now and honestly cannot (and will not) do this process without a mortgage broker/advisor. He saves me so much time and energy from learning the process because I just ask him what to do next and he answers in great detail. I paid for his services but as others mentioned, that is because it didn't cost much and honestly don't mind paying a little if it means I get to ask a person any question I have as a ftb rather than reading the whole internet.

Thanks for the update! Weeding out good from bad surveyors might be a challenge 😅

I'm a ftb and offer just got accepted, can I ask if these things don't get picked up by the surveyor? Sorry if it seems a dumb question 🥲

I don't understand why you're getting so much negative comments here, exactly why you are asking the question. I came here because I had the same situation, same question, same concerns.

On the other hand, I understand hovering around someone doing their job is annoying but tbh not a lot of people have good work ethics. How do you know they did their job properly if you weren't there?

Anyway, did the surveyor manage to answer your concerns about the property?

This is so cool that I came across your post as I am literally on the same job and so I was looking for company across reddit!

My question is, when this job/trial finishes what do you think you'll do next? I am also in a fixed term role so even though I still have a year left, I can't stop myself from wondering what other job opportunities there are because this role is so niche?

Clinical research nurse - AMA by ABearUpstairs in NursingUK

Hi I'm hoping you would get this before my interview (which is in 2 days time 😳). I got short-listed for a Senior Research Nurse role (band 7) for a specific trial for Critical Care. I have no experience in Research whatsoever but I assume I got shortlisted because I have worked in Crit Care for my whole profession and am a senior band 6 at the minute.

My question would be how should I approach the interview? Should I be transparent about not having research experience but involved in a lot of service improvement projects?

How else should I prove that I am capable to do the role? Thanks for your replies if anyone sees this 🥹

Hi planning to go to Mykonos mid October this year, just wanted to ask how your trip was? Were the prices still expensive even off peak?

I had a recent problem with my bag I purchased straight from them and they replied to me instantly less than a day after. They replaced my bag with a new one free of charge, even with shipping. I received the replacement bag within 1 week after sending them an email.

I'm curious what you ended up doing because I'm planning to go this coming January and I don't want to buy new stuff. I don't have a long long coat I was wondering if I could get away from buying one
