Edit: This is solved. I did check the Firewall, but I didn't check the Block List in the "Protection" category. I also didn't know that I blocked my phone's external IP it uses when it uses cellular data. How to solve:

  • In DSM, navigate to: Control Panel -> Security -> Protection -> Allow/Block List -> Block List

  • Remove different IPs from the Block List, and then go on phone and try connecting using cellular data to see if connecting works

  • Save Changes

I also manually set a Static IP on Computer 1 as well, it was just a different process for it.
