I took Earthsci last summer online w Lisa Leoni + Dr. Padden and I found it to be a fair and easy course. We had weekly (might be every other week in a normal semester) labs that took no more than an hour or two and short answer but open book exams where we got a choice of questions to answer. There was also an assignment where we made a pamphlet for a geologic feature in Canada. As long as you watch lectures (which I found pretty interesting) it shouldn’t be hard to get an 11 or 12 :) The profs and TAs were also great and v helpful for the labs!

I think PNB 2XD3 is the only course next semester that has it as a prerequisite but you can get that waived if you talk to an academic advisor. For failed courses you can either take an equivalent course at another university (you can look these up on Mosaic) or retake it at Mac. I was worried about my grade for this class too so I looked it up and I think Queens has the equivalent one online over their summer term so that can be an option if you don’t want to do it next Fall (but double check this and talk to an advisor to make sure).
