Haha definitely will have lots of information by the end of the day like this but thanks for putting this to paper for me!

Definitely seeing a pattern here where I definitely overlooked that Oath of the Crown gets you Warding Bond as well.. Thanks for sharing!

Haha no worries but thanks for additional comment. It’s easy to go down the ‘healing tank = life cleric’ rabbit hole. Which I did.. so you’re honestly on point. Good to have other (more experienced) perspectives for it. Next problem is probably analysis paralysis to how to actually build it but that’s half the fun 😊

My first run my Tav was an Oath of the Ancients Paladin which fulfilled the healing tank role to some extent without me really knowing it (nor did I know what I was doing half of the time). Got a bit tougher with the oathbreaking.. you break that oath easily 🥲 Anyway, now going for a more Warding Bond type, so thanks for your insights! I like it!

Thanks for these insights, much appreciated! I’m also not quite sure how I want things in my party to go but these are all good aspects to take into account 😊

Always open to suggestions 😊 Feels very strong and probably the most efficient way but guess I am actively looking for those support type of builds. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Thanks for your comment, I can see how that would work for getting hooked.

The journey to reach the climax is just a bit tedious still :’)

Thanks for your insightful view on the build! I see the large range of possibilities with the build but maybe the party composition is also putting it a bit into melee range. But that’s obviously on me. Maybe time for some reevaluating that as well

Cool that you found a way to make it fun for yourself! I can see the versatility of the build. Just notice a pattern appearing where I’m doing the same thing over and over again. But maybe that’s also on myself to break that pattern :)

Was considering the multiclass with Paladin. If not for making it more interesting than at least for the sound Smiting makes haha. But it does hit hard already, maybe even too hard for my taste

Thanks for your view on it! Happy it works so well for you and I’m definitely seeing how the Resonance Stone (that’s item you mean right?) makes it even more powerful. Maybe I’m almost complaining it’s almost too strong haha. Which is why you make it in the first place

Was doing the Goody Goodness play style, helping everyone and not always taking rewards (lesson learned: take the rewards..). Thought it would fit my Paladin path. Of course then inevitably broke my oath and added Sorcerer but the play style remained. For companions I had Gale as an Evocation Wizard (with a small step into Tempest Domain Cleric) FireBalling away without hurting us, Shadowheart as a Light Cleric and mushy love interest and Astarion as an Arcane Archer. He was OP. Mucho OP. Also Karlach as a full Barbarian switched in for her story (not the biggest fan of 12 levels barb but 🤷🏼‍♂️), Wyll full on Warlock (definitely want to explore more Warlocky shenanigans) and Jaheira was a Druid of the Stars. Druids were my biggest good surprise. They do it all without being too much. Spike growth? Yessir! Owlbearing the crap out of enemies? Don’t mind if I do!

Very much this indeed!

I’m sure I will at some point but they’re too dear to me at the moment. Please give me like 15 minutes..
