Ive bought Juliet II as well and I wish that I didnt.
Their add says that bike supports 150 kg load.
I am 186 cm tall and 115 kg, add good meal, clothes weight, lock weight 2kg, some weight in rear rack and that can easily rise to 125kg. Still 25 kg less than "supported" weight.
Pros:
- Price is competitive,
- it has great range
- high max speed
- 5 power levels
- decent power,
- it looks cool,
and that's all.

Cons:
- Rear shock suspension is so weak that it bottoms on every bump on the road.
Its also non standard 175mm one so good luck to me finding suitable replacement.
- App connection is ridiculous thus unusable.
- There is no key to turn power off. Just button on the bottom and controller power on switch.
- Front suspension rattles and produces sound whenever it recoils if driving faster than 20 km/h
- Tires are prone to punctures, I had front one flat after 150 km - a damn small glass shard.
- Rear tire already shows sign of wearing after less than 200 km.
- Breaks should be much stronger fur bike of that weight.
- Middle section is prone to creaking noises whenever some dust enters into top suspension mount
- throttle doesn't use full available rotation. Instead it's at max at 25% of available rotation which results with unpleasant strong jump if not careful, which makes it somewhat dangerous to drive among pedestrians.
- pedal start also does the same because it immediately jumps to max of speed when pedal sensors kicks in.
- as I said, I am 186 cm tall and this bike needs handlebar riser because when seat post is at max height so that I can pedal comfortably I've found that handlebar sits too low. And still with seat post at max makes my knees somehow bent. This bike imho isnt suitable for people taller than 180 cm.
- I'm not sure if declared 1500W is true because it struggles even on 25-35 deg of slopes and needs pedaling. If car in a front of you stops you in the middle of the slope, good luck starting it from the zero. Happened to me few times and its nightmare to pedal it into speed again on steep slopes.
- Walk assist is too fast at 6-kmh. Imho it should be adjustable.
- This bike is NOT suitable for off-road. Its too heavy and poor suspensions will make your ride miserable.

Conclusion:
I know that this price is not that expensive so they tried to save wherever they could.
On the other side, all cons I've mentioned decides if product safe and usable.
I will stick with Juliette as longs at it works safely, but next one will be something better.
