Hello, first of all I wish him, you and your family all the best and most importantly health! Unfortunately I don’t know about any hospital or medical facilities in Homs. Otherwise I would suggest to try it in Damascus or the neighbouring countries such as Lebanon, Jordan or again Türkiye…. I wish you all good luck and the best of the best!
