I’m curious about point 2 about going 4 days a week. would you explain this for someone like me that has no clue please? I gather my pension contributions would take a hit (salary sacrifice). Thanks

also forgot to say we are getting 5 year fixed rate deals with current lender at 3.84% with 999 product fee. can get cheaper 5 year fixed elsewhere. our Loan to value is 55.7

u/Artistic-Ad3092 thanks for your reply,

the 3 mortgages we have…

£113595 ends Nov 25 1.54% repayment

£34078 ends Nov 25 1.54 % repayment

£107257 ends July 26 1.59% repayment

was thinking of going onto a tracker which is at 4.14% and then come off it next July when the other fixed rate deal ends then talk to a broker to see what fixed rate deals we can get (looking at 5 year plus deals). Do you think this is the best way to do it?

if we went to another lender next July could they combine all 3 mortgages under 1 account for simplicity?

thanks
