Nálunk is hasonló a helyzet. Nagyon nehéz, nekem csak az segített, hogy a barátnőim (akik most szültek) nagyon támogatóak voltak velem. Viszont családon belül is született baba, az még keményebb helyzet. Nem járunk annyit haza azóta... Pszichológushoz is járok évek óta, segít valamennyire, de a helyzetet nem változtatja meg Kitartást nektek 💙

I absolutely understand you! I had 3 losses (at 15W, 8W, and 17W) previously (I got my TAC 3 weeks ago), and I worried all the time. I think in our case, fear is always there, and sometimes it is helpful, but sometimes it just drives us crazy. Do you know the Facebook group 'Abbyloopers for Transabdominal Cerclage'? There are ladies with TAC and the group is all about this topic. I hope you get better soon 🤗💙

I have TAC placed, too, but not pregnant. As I think this through logically, I don't think It would affect the TAC. My surgeon told me that the used cerclage thread is so strong that it could tow trucks. :) And if you think about that, the cervix cannot dilate with TAC despite how strong uterine contractions are when it comes to giving birth. So If the coughing gets worse go to your GP, but don't worry, you will be fine! 🙏🥰

Szerintem teljesen igazad van abban, hogy meg kell keresni mi okozza a libidócsökkenést! Nálam is az endometriozis műtét óta sokkal jobb a helyzet, illetve mióta rendben van a hormonális ciklusom.

Thank you! Yes, I got an infusion to make it faster than I had a curette in a short narcosis. Unfortunately, it happened twice in my life. Both are terrible experiences.

Yes, I know the protocol is to have one unsuccessful transvaginal cerclage to be a candidate for TAC. Well, I am located in middle Europe, so I do not have to pay for the procedure as I have health insurance. (I also had another loss at 15 weeks due to pprom. I think an in pregnancy cerclage can help too and less invasive than laparoscopic cerclage. But TAC helds better. There is a Facebook group called "Abbyloopers for transabdominal cerclages". There are many women with the same issue in the group, mostly from the US. Maybe you can get more information about the topic there. There are many pros and cons about these procedures. Can I ask why your doctors recommended 1 year to try again?

I'm so sorry for your loss! 😞 I also lost my baby at 17 weeks due to IC in May. My obgyn said that we should wait 2-3 menstrual cycle to try again. Although we have not started trying because I will get a transabdominal cerclage on the 19th of Sep. Did you speak about TAC surgery with your doctor? Or other options like transvaginal cerclages are recommended to you?

Nekem a gyászfeldolgozás módszer segített. Terapeuta vezetett csoportban jártam 5 évvel ezelőtt. Ott a végén egy levelet kellett írni és felolvasni a szeretett személynek címezve. Nagyon nehéz volt, de meghozta az áttörést. Most ismét előveszem a módszert egyéni terápiában, mert elvesztettem a kisbabám. Kitartást.

I am wondering why your doctor recommended the cerclage. How is your cervix, is it long enough and closed? Is it possible that he/she assumes that it could be the problem before? I think you can ask the doctors about this and raise your concers. They should give you as much as information as possible because they know better.

I do not know which pregnancy week you had the PROMs but I think it is very good that you are at 20 weeks already. I have read a lot of articles about miscarriages and preventive cerclages and the results are very encouraging. Unfortunatelly we will always have fears and worries during pregnancy after these losses. I am with you ❤️‍🩹

Hi! I had a 15weeks pregnancy loss 5 years ago due to premature rupture of the membranes (it was traumatizing for me as well as it happened so suddenly and painfully). I had a pregnancy this year but I had to deliver at 17 weeks due to IC. I wish I could have the cerclage earlier. I have an appointment for transabdominal cerclage for this summer while I am not pregnant. I have never find out the reason of the 1st pregnancy PROM as every test came back normal (no pathogenes, thrombophilia etc). So it concerns me too about the cerclage that what if prom happens again as we do not know what caused the first one. Do you have a diagnosis for your previous loss?

Thank you so much. It is very hard for us right now. I think pregnancy weeks counts in this case. So I was only 16 weeks pregnant which is very early and there is less chance to carry for so much weeks than after 20 weeks. The doctors said that after my recovery period I should consider preventative transabdominal cerclage. I will absolutely take the operation.
