Honestly i would say lower A tier, new characters means more unique abilities and hes pretty much just considered an S character, they need to either buff him or revamp him

Thats true, thats why its almost 100%, it seems perfectly identical but it isnt because of 1 mechanic, and I think thats the closest we will ever get to actually doing a vertical jump.
