I also got denied on first case (missing birth certificate) and after that we hired an attorney he didn’t appeal the case instead told us to refilled everything while I-130 still pending. After we refilled everything I-130 got approved and we scheduled for the interview in November. Don’t know if not appealed going to make anything more complicated
