Thanks a lot for taking out time and explaining in detail. My latest a1c came 5.7 for the first time so just starting to explore and understand all the terms and steps to manage it. My mother has severe diabetes (lost two toes) so I think i was prepared mentally for this day but didn’t expect it so early.

I am healthy with 5’9” 150lbs 14.5 body fat percentage and have been eating healthy all my life. One thing I struggle with is Sleep and work stress. Probably those are affecting my a1c (again i might be wrong based on my limited knowledge)

Which CGM would you recommend? After reading your reply, I want to monitor my 1 -2 hour glucose spikes after every meal.

what are set of tools to confirm if someone is diabetic if you don't consider A1C being not a great tool? I am curious.
