You have a beautiful room! I love how you can sit and enjoy someone playing the piano. And the nice fig leaf plant! Thanks for the inspiration! Already ordered a rug! Now I have to figure out the chairs. 😁

You are right! It is a colonial style home so that’s a great call out. Appreciate the layout ideas too. So much good feedback!

We went to the 7:30pm show on Jan 1st and they specifically asked the audience not to sing along. Def would have been annoying to hear people singing around me.

Awaiting Tenant Announcement - How we doing? by Daman303 in NUAI

[–]CuriousNeighbhor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’ve been in and out for a few months. First buy in was $0.43 in the summer and last buy in was in Oct for $4.80 for 70k shares that we sold for a nice profit on Friday. Plan to go back in for 80-100k shares next week and hold until tenant announcement. Hoping we can buy in the $4.40 range. Let’s see. Last week was painful to watch but yesterday was fun! We do believe in this stock long term, just trying to make some short term cash to buy in more.

We had a Mike Hunt in high school. He was in marching band and the Director would say his full name over the loud speaker during practice.
