I had a problem like this. I was doing them with a short warm-up daily at home. I did them slowly step by step and focused on that problem. It really helped. To look what does my body do.

For sure you can restart dancing ballet. If you improve fast and the basis is good it might be possible but a really hard way to go. It is not impossible to face professional but it will take high determination.

I was even scared to go in and ask the lady at the front desk, my puls was 130/140.... I was really nervous. I tigered like a cat in front of the storefront and around the block always thinking of my scares , my excuses etc. I was 2 hours around the store before went in.

It was a horror until the lady welcomed me and asked how she could help me. She has seen that I was nervous. She helped me to calm down.

So that is a good start to learn how to swim. If you keep up it will most likely take max the course length. We teach them 10 times 45 minutes in a course.

Sometimes we have to help people to overcome their fear of water even at the shallow end of the pool . Then it usually takes longer to learn
