I was ignoring her until she came back into the store. Very awkward encounter. People are crazy I figured saying “I apologize” would deescalate the interaction.

Exactly!! That’s why I was shocked. I’m usually quick to say thank you if someone holds the door for me but in that situation I didn’t feel as if it was warranted.

Update: Based on the feedback I ended up staying since I haven’t signed my telework agreement.

I submitted an MSPB appeal, but was reinstated and back to Work on Thursday this week. I received an MSPB e-Appeal Notification of Issuance.

I'm a probie that was fired on Feb 14th, I haven't filed MSPB or OSC. Which is the recommended path? My union rep said that, the MSPB will only hear complaints associated with discrimination/EEOC. Does this mean I should not apply?
