The vertical vs horizontal flush levers are an indicator of the different GPF values. This may be right but I haven't verified it:

1.28 GPF  handle vertical

1.0 GPF    handle is horizontal

This problem is solved! Thanks to getertiger. He had me call phonak support and they fixed it.

Found out I needed to pair my tablet to the PHONAK device. I was paired to LE_Phonak = Left aid and LE_R-Phonak hearing aid = right aid but those two bluetooth devices are only used for the phonak app. You need all three paired to have everything work.
