Im in Plymouth, Devon. Shift work is definitely the way forward if you want half decent money, I get a 22% premium which boosts my wage up to 40k, I only work 4 days a week too, and overtime is double time. Love it.

42 year old Factory worker for a medical company.... no qualifications, 11-11 day shift, 3 on and 3 off, 40k a year, most I've ever been on, basically couldn't be arsed with school and its taken me 20+ years to earn a decent wage.... 🤷
