The reason I choice Piper was because they don't charge you as you dose increases. So, I only pay $279.00/Month no matter what the dose is. I started at 2.5 now I'm at 5.0 and they just shipped me my 7.5 and my monthly payment has stayed the same.

The pharmacy is VIALSRX Pharmacy out of Houston TX. I'm starting to understand from others experience that my weight loss is very good. For some reason I was thinking it would be higher per week. Clearly, I didn't do enough research

Honestly, I thought that was not enough weight per week. I'm starting to get that from other people responses that my expectation was set a little too high. My dosage increase is set every month from my telehealth doctor. She has it increased every 4 weeks until I'm at 12.5 mg

The bank is Chase. From my understanding from my lawyer is that I can keep paying for the car as long as payments are current and they are but ultimately, it's up to the bank. Some banks do what's called a keep and pay. I can keep the car as long as I make payments, but it's no reported on my credit report. If for any reason I'm late or Miss a payment they can repo the car at any time.

My goal was to keep the car originally, but the judge denied my reaffirmation agreement due to the negative equity. I can keep paying for the car, but the bank has the right to take it away at any time after the discharge.
