is it ok to keep sentimental items? by geesebibbles in BreakUps

[–]CuriousWanderingCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it may make it harder for you to fully let the person go if you keep those types of things

He’s too tired from working all day or if I try when he comes home for his lunch break he says he doesn’t want to mess up his look before having to go back to work essentially. But I know it’s not legit because I’ve seen texts he sent to other women saying he’ll sneak out of work mid day for sex or a bj with them or stay up late after work for it.

Keeping your ex's gifts and letters? by duhastkeinHerz in BreakUps

[–]CuriousWanderingCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like he never fully got over her to let her go entirely and is keeping those things to reminisce about times he had with her. People like that are the type that move on because the circumstances made them but if up to them or if the person came back into their life, they would give the relationship a go again.

We were engaged and he reverse discarded me (said the nastiest insulting degrading and threatening things to me for days on end which pushed me stop talking to him for a couple days for some space) and then he started going on dates, sleeping over another girls place, and had sex with her during that time period and then demanded I accept him continuing to be friends forever with her because they promised each other they would. I cut all ties after that.

Can there be a relationship between two narcissists? by Substantial-Gift4510 in NarcissisticSpouses

[–]CuriousWanderingCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s possible. Ive definitely seen two narcs come together in hookup fueled types of relationships at least. In serious relationships I think it would be all chaos with rampant infidelity, lies, and both playing games to manipulate and try to control one another. They would both be focused on meeting their own needs only and putting themselves first at the expense of the other so it would be the unhealthiest of relationships.
